to a barn quilt block large enough to display on the barn.

25 barn quilt enthusiasts attended the "Barn Quilt 101" class, sponsored by the Kansas Flint Hills Quilt Trail, on Saturday, and hosted by Ag Heritage Park. The class, taught by Sue Hageman, and assisted by Connie Larson, explained "barn block quilting," while giving the participants the opportunity to paint their own barn quilt block.
From this class, 24 new 2' x 2' quilt blocks will adorn the Flint Hills countryside!
Congratulations to all those joining the barn quilt block revolution in the Flint Hills!
